LIGHT OF FORGIVENESS

This is perhaps one of the most powerful Reiki systems you may ever work with, and it
may also be one of the most simple. Light of Forgiveness Reiki is a special form of Reiki
energy that helps to heal and cleanse the individual of old hurts, griefs, or issues that are
causing a lack of love of the self or others.

By using Light of Forgiveness Reiki, you are releasing what are often deep, embedded

To fully forgive someone can perhaps be one of the most difficult things to do, especially
if that person has betrayed or hurt us in a big way. The hurt and anger we feel over what

go of. We feel that if we let go of it, we are condoning the bad behavior.

Yet, by holding onto that energy, we are only harming ourselves. The anger can eat us up

blame anyone for getting cancer, some people believe that cancer is an outward
manifestation of that stuck energy. I take a more moderate view: Cancer is caused by
physical and environmental factors, but holding onto old, stuck emotional energy may
make you more vulnerable to it.

Often, we forget that forgiveness is something we need to do on a daily basis, not just
for the big hurts in our lives, but the little slights and insults we all suffer from going
about our daily business. The rude bank teller needs to be forgiven as much as your
cheating husband. The distracted driver on the cellphone who almost ran you over
needs to be forgiven as much as the murderer.

Forgiveness is something that is often hard to do with conscious effort. Sometimes, the
more you think about something, the more you are just making it worse and picking at a
scab. This is why the Light of Forgiveness energy is so powerful. It does not require that
you think through anything. Your logical mind is not involved.
