Golden Heart Reiki is the essence and the deepest core of Reiki Healing Energy. It is a higher strata of universal life-force energy infused with spiritual light and power. It is the energy connecting the heart, our inner beingness, with the Divine. Golden Heart Reiki supports all natural healing processes, enhances spiritual understanding and aids all paths of evolution-expansion-enlightenment with abundant healing energy and spiritual peace.

Since the energies of the Golden Heart Reiki are intense, a person should have practiced the traditional Usui Reiki healing modality levels one and two (Reiki 1 and Reiki 2) for at least a year to gain the full benefits of the Golden Heart energy.

As in traditional reiki, there are three levels of Golden Heart Reiki. There should be a month’s time interval between each level to the next to assimilate, understand, practice and meditate. Daily self-healing is advised. 

This is a very intense, powerful and spiritual healing system but at the same time totally simple and easy to use. All levels are easy to understand and practice.

Golden Heart Reiki manifests and stimulates our Golden Heart which is our inner self of wisdom and power. We become automatically more compassionate, understanding, flowing and balanced.
